Shipping and Delivery
Every order over $40 ships free with a 100% Money Back Happiness Guarantee. Our products are unique, custom products and we take the time to ensure each and everyone one meets our quality standards. Please allow for 1 to 2 weeks for shipping and delivery. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together as some items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured it will be well worth the wait and any shipping delays will be promptly communicated.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team at email@example.com. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. To expedite the return process use the following guidelines:
- Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.
- Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.
- Upload digital images of damaged or defective products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Refunds (if applicable)
Once we validate your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: TEG Brands LLC, 20343 N. Hayden Road, Suite 105-292, Scottsdale Arizona US 85255.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:TEG Brands LLC, 20343 N. Hayden Road, Suite 105-292, Scottsdale Arizona US 85255. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
